A.B Raw materials are conveyed to injection head on the rack truck’s by the filter metering pump, the injection head moves back and forth on the patterned paper at a constant speed , scraper on the assembly line’s scrapes the materials into film, and then heating the film into foam, which will be laminated with the base material( Split Bonded Leather, Substrate leather or Other Material) when the PU foam present a stringy state , the compression roller grinds them into a synthetic, at last, the PU leather will be separated on the assembly line after heating and shaping in drying oven.

Environmental solvent-free leather production technology mainly refers to have the surface blade coated through or nonwovens ,and solid content of blade coating foaming layer would be 100% after drying,the two-component PU materials directly stick to raw materials like aplit leather base cloth to produce composite leather which is widely use in shoes ,garment,sofa,bags, suitcase,belt and other field.
